01Digital Kits

MintPack kits are digital products delivered instantly after checkout. Once your files have been sent, we can't take them back, so all kit sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

02When We'll Make It Right

We'll fix it, send the right file or refund you if:

Broken link: your download link doesn't work or the file won't open
Double charge: you were charged twice for the same kit
Wrong kit: you received a different kit from the one you ordered

Just reach out within 7 days of your purchase with your order number.

03Let's Build (Services)

Refunds for custom work depend on how far the project has gone. Work that has already been delivered can't be refunded. We'll agree on the details with you before we start.
