The challenge

Melwyn's had loyal customers, but ordering through WhatsApp and calls created too much friction, especially when payments happened later and had to be tracked manually.

I moved the ordering online so customers could browse, order and pay at checkout, while online-only offers gave regulars a reason to make the switch.
